At Murray St Boutique we want you to be happy with your purchase and we have ensured that our Refund policy complies to the Fair Trading Standards. Please choose carefully as we DO NOT offer refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
If you would like to return an item - please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number and the item you would like to return and why. Please note: we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as the order is processed, this will have a link to track your item. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please email our team at email@example.com with your order number and contact details. Please note on weekends and public holidays there will be a delay in response and dispatch times.
For Domestic Orders we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80.00. Or $8.95 for orders under $80.00. Express Postage is available for $16.95. We also offer FREE Click and Collect in store. You will receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection. Collection is available during our Store's normal Trading Hours.
As we are continuously selling in our online shop as well as our Boutique, we are unable to hold an item or place stock aside without full payment being made.
Please note that while all care is taken to accurately display and describe our items, colours may vary slightly from those that are displayed on your monitor/screen. As these garments are manufactured in large quantities not all pattern placement is going to be the same. Each garment is unique.
Our aim is to provide our customers with the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our team will strive to help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and providing your order number and a photo showing the defect/fault. This will speed up the returns process.

As styles are continuously changing, we don't usually reorder once a size or style has sold out. New stock comes in weekly, in some circumstances we are able to restock certain items. Please email or call 0403 908 009 to enquire.
If you are unsure of a garments care label, always cold hand wash and never tumble dry to avoid any damage to delicate fabric. If your garment is damaged due to incorrect washing, we are unable to accept this back as a faulty item. If you damage a garment after wearing it (for example: if a button falls off or the zip breaks because of 'wear and tear') we cannot accept these garments back for a faulty return. Please inspect your items when you receive them to ensure it is in perfect condition. Once the tags are removed, we are unable to accept the item back.
